Nomination for Invited talk

In “Invited talk” session at the 27th Meeting on Image Recognition and Understanding (MIRU2024), we will invite authors whose papers have been accepted by top conferences and top journals to share their experiences in research and paper writings that have withstood rigorous competition and peer review. We are seeking nominations for the invited talks (self-recommendations and third-party recommendations are welcome, no prior consent is necessary).
Please note that if we receive a large number of nominations, selections will be made considering the balance of fields, among other factors. The selected authors are invited to the following presentations:

• Give a 5-minute oral presentation on their experiences in research and paper writings that have withstood rigorous competition and peer review at Kumamoto-jo Hall on the morning of August 6, 2024
  (travel and accommodation expenses will not be covered. If the invited talk is the only presentation at MIRU2024, the registration fee will be waived)
• Present a poster at one of the interactive sessions held from August 7 to 9, 2024

Please register the nomination information by the deadline (June 24 (Mon), 2024, 23:59 JST).

[May 28 update] The submission for the poster track is also welcome for nomination.
