The Meeting on Image Recognition and Understanding (MIRU) is the largest Japanese annual symposium on image recognition and understanding. Unrelated of whether you are at a university, private company, or just interested in top-notch research of this field; this is the place for meeting, collaborating, and socializing with researchers and professionals.

2026.06.08: Registration is now open. Early registration is available until June 30 at 11:59 AM. Please complete the registration linked to all your papers by the early registration deadline.
Registration Information: Registration is scheduled to open on June 8. Information about the Nursery Room has also been published.
2026.05.26: The MIRU Logo information has been published. Please feel free to use the logo for posters and other materials in accordance with the guidelines.
2026.05.25: Poster & Demo Track submissions are now open. We are also accepting nominations for Invited Talks.
2026.05.22: The tentative Timetable has been published.
Program Information: The first day, August 3, is scheduled to begin in the afternoon and will include tutorials, lectures, etc. A tentative timetable will be available by the end of May.
