Schedule
- One of August 4, 5, or 6 (during the interactive session).
- Please refer to the layout page for assigned date and location.
Poster Mounting
- Please mount your poster on the day of your presentation (not on any other days). The start time for poster mounting will be announced at a later date.
You can mount your poster anytime between 9:00 AM and the start of the interactive session on that day.
- After your presentation session, please remove your poster promptly and take it home. Posters may not be displayed on days other than your assigned presentation day.
- If there are any posters left from the previous day, please inform an organizer present at the venue.
Poster Specifications
- W900mm x H1800mm (An A0 portrait poster can be mounted.)
- Desks, chairs, and power supplies will not be provided.
- Please bring your own poster. Posters cannot be carried in and out by courier companies.
- You can put MIRU Logo on your poster. Click here for more info.
- If internet connectivity is required, please arrange it yourself.
Photography by the Audience
- If you do not want your poster to be photographed in the interactive session, please clearly indicate “No Photography/撮影禁止” on your poster.
