Date and time: Monday, August 3, 18:15–19:15 (The Event & Exhibition Hall will be open from 18:00)
Venue: Event & Exhibition Hall, 1F Foyer, and 1F Meeting Rooms (101AB, 102, 103)
Light refreshments and drinks will be provided.
The opening remarks will take place in the Event & Exhibition Hall. Afterward, participants are welcome to socialize freely.

Date and time: Wednesday, August 5, 18:00–20:00 (This event will begin immediately after the interactive session)
- Please note that the rest area in the Event & Exhibition Hall will be temporarily unavailable during preparation.

On both days, Meeting Rooms 109–111 will be available as a baggage storage area. Please take responsibility for managing your valuables and belongings.
